KCIS 2026 strongly advise participants to personally check entry and visa requirements before making travel arrangements to Korea.
There might be country-specific requirements that the participant should be aware of
For most accurate information, we recommend contacting the nearest embassy/consulate of the Republic of Korea.
Also, please check your expiry date on your passport before . It is necessary to have an eligible passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the
intended arrival date.
The visa application is sole responsibility of the participants.
To request the Letter of Invitation for VISA, participant should first complete the registration process and the payment in full.
KCIS 2026 will NOT issue any Letter of Sponsorship or Letter of Guarantee if the participant is required to do so by the Immigration
department. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to obtain such documents.
KCIS 2026 cannot influence or appeal the decisions of embassy/consulate or any other government departments on behalf of the participant.
All question/concerns regarding the status of visa application should be directed to the nearest embassy/consulate of the Republic of Korea.

Invitation Letter
We would like to inform you that the KCIS secretariat will provide an official invitation letter for registrants who need it for Visa
application to enter Korea from .After completing registration, in-person participants may request a letter of invitation by
clicking the Visa Letter Application button below.
Please direct any questions to your nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate regarding entry to Korea and quarantine requirements,
as the terms and conditions may vary.
IKorea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)
K-ETA is a mandatory authorization that visa-free foreign visitors need to obtain prior to arrival to Republic of Korea.
From July 10, 2025, K-ETA application is open to nationals from 116 countries.
You can apply for K-ETA via the website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA). Please apply for K-ETA at least 72 hours
before departure.
Quarantine Information Pre-entry System (Q-code)
Q-Code is the Korean quarantine inspection system it should be completed before boarding.
When entering the Republic of Korea after either staying in or passing through a “Quarantine Inspection Required Areas”, the
person should submit a 「Health Questionnaire」 to quarantine officials. Failure to do so may incur a fine of up to KRW 10million
in accordance with Articles 12 and 39 of the Quarantine Act.
