Trainee, Medical Intern/Graduate Student/Postdoctoral researcher - in order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation
(certificate of employment or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.
Postdoctoral researcher (Postdoc) refers to a non-MD researcher with a Ph.D. degree
who is conducting postdoctoral research in the field of ophthalmology or vision science.

The Gala Dinner and Wet Lab may close early due to limited capacity.

Registration includes

  • Admission to all scientific sessions (except the Wet Lab)
  • Admission to breakfast/luncheon symposium
  • Admission to poster and technical exhibition area
  • Congress materials as available

Payment Methods

Online Credit Card

  • By selecting "Online Credit Card,” you can pay online with a secure e-commerce system.
  • Chrome is suggested for online payment.
  • VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay and JCB are accepted for international participants.
  • For domestic participants, most credit cards should work fine for the payment.
  • Payments are accepted in US dollars for international participants and in KRW for domestic participants.

Bank Transfer for domestic participants

  • Only domestic participants can make payments by bank transfer.
  • All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt) & Invitation Letter

  • An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration.
  • You will be able to print an official receipt on ‘Registration Status’ menu once your payment is completed.
  • In order to request a Letter of Invitation for Visa to attend 2026 KCIS, you MUST meet one of the following criteria:
  • Have been invited as a speaker at the meeting Have an abstract accepted for presentation at the meeting Have registered and paid in full for the meeting

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • The refund policy for registration is as follows, and please note that refunds are not possible
  • after the early registration deadline due to the costs incurred in preparing for the meeting.
Notification of any cancellations must be made in writing via email to the secretariat. Refunds will be processed after the meeting. Bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all meeting registration refunds.
